LAND ENTITLEMENT, ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT

With a continuous pipeline of over 2,000 lots annually, Broadstreet and its affiliates are extremely active and experienced in land entitlement, acquisition and development.  Working diligently and strategically, Broadstreet and its affiliates evaluate hundreds of land opportunities each year to narrow down and bring forth great communities in desirable locations.  Broadstreet provides a continuous volume of homes each year to meet the growth demands of our Clients.

IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND 3D BIM MODELING

Cost effective and efficient B2R plans start with proper design and engineering.  Select from one of our current plans or work with our in-house design and engineering team to develop a new plan or redesign a current plan utilizing our 3D modeling services.

OFFSITE PANELIZATION CONSTRUCTION

Our strategic partnership with Synergy Steel allows us to take advantage of the benefits of offsite construction in a controlled factory environment. In addition, we have a direct pipeline to materials at below market rates as well as direct bulk buying power that is unavailable to most builders.  By employing light gauge steel panelization at the core of our construction methodology provides the following benefits:

 

  • Steel structures are stronger and more durable.
  • Steel structures are mold resistant and impervious to termites.
  • Steel structures are non-combustible providing lower insurance rates.
  • Lower maintenance costs.
  • No shrinking, splitting, rotting, cracking or twisting.
  • Steel structures are better for the environment producing less than 2% waste of which is then 100% recycled!
  • Faster framing time results in structures being dried in much faster.
  • Cleaner, safer job sites with a higher-level expectation of quality.

Offsite panelization construction coupled with the latest construction methodologies allows us to tackle high volume opportunities with the most demanding schedules while remaining within budget.

 

Turnkey construction puts the management of the entire project in the hands of Broadstreet who understands your priorities. This peace of mind allows you to focus on your own business, taking the stress out of completing your construction project.  Your assigned Construction Manager(s) is on site and manages the project daily. They coordinate the activities on site, holding each subcontractor accountable to the construction schedule and to our quality standards.  We utilize only fully licensed and insured trades partners and can leverage our long-term relationships to produce superior results.  From conceptual design to handing the keys over to you, Broadstreet truly is your turnkey provider.

We employ an impartial and unbiased quality control firm, Performance Point, to conduct over a 200 point inspection on every new home we build.  Each home is also backed by an independent third-party warranty for even greater peace of mind.

 

Home warranties issued by RWC are insured by Western Pacific Mutual Insurance Company, A Risk Retention Group (WPMIC). WPMIC specializes in builder home warranties and, in fact, only writes insurance for its builder members. The financial strength of the company ($112 million in surplus equity, as of Dec. 31, 2018) dedicated for new home warranty resolution and builder liability issues means you don’t have to worry about the insurer behind your home warranty going out of business because of either man-made or natural catastrophic losses (hurricanes, oil spills, etc.).
